In some circumstances you may not be financially eligible for a Representation Order or the Legal Aid Agency do not think it is in the interests of justice to grant an Order to you. If this is the case, we will be able to provide you with a quote for a fixed fee for representing you. This fee will depend upon the nature of the case and what type of hearing will take place.

Our standard fixed fee for the provision of advice and representation at the Magistrates Court in relation to summary only road traffic offences dealt with at a single hearing is £350 plus VAT (£420). If the case is not concluded at a single hearing, we will provide you with a further quote for a fixed fee based upon whether the case will be concluded at one further single hearing or at a trial.
