To provide us with all the information we need to submit an application for a legal aid Representation Order to the Legal Aid Agency or to assess whether you are eligible or not, you will need to complete the “Applicant’s information form” in the link below:

You will also need to complete and sign (and if you have a partner they will also need to sign) the attached “Applicant’s Declaration Form” in the link below giving us permission to submit your application online to the Legal Aid Agency.

If you are granted a legal aid Representation Order in the Crown Court but you have to make a financial contribution to the Legal Aid Agency you can apply for a review on the grounds of hardship using form “CRM16” in the link below:

You may be required to submit supporting evidence of your income and outgoings to the Legal Aid Agency, for example wage slips, bank statements, proof of Universal credit.  These documents can be sent to us by email to [email protected].

Please ensure that the documents you send to us are clear and your full name appears on the email.
