James Burke

James joined Haskell & Co in 2016, having originally been called to the Bar in 1999.

James then cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 before reverting to the Bar in 2017.  He is experienced Counsel, is qualified under the Law Society’s Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme and represents clients whose cases progress to the Crown Court, undertaking trials in respect of the most serious of offences. James is known for his meticulous preparation in respect of the cases he deals with.
